Amrova Agro operates primarily as the following:

  • A Wholesale Honey Supplier
  • Distributor
  • Bulk Supply Business
  • Commercial B2B Supplier

We currently focus on bulk and wholesale supply only. Retail or small quantity consumer orders may not be entertained unless specifically approved by our team.

2. PRODUCTS & QUALITY
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However:

  • Product appearance may vary naturally.
  • Honey colour and texture may differ from batch to batch.
  • Natural crystallisation may occur over time.

Crystallisation is a natural property of pure honey and does not indicate impurity or damage.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, packaging, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
All enquiries and orders placed with Amrova Agro are subject to approval and availability.

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after acceptance by our team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our discretion.
  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate business, shipping, and contact information.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Payment must be completed according to agreed business terms before dispatch unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • Amrova Agro follows a strict no-credit policy unless specifically agreed upon for authorised distributors or business partners.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in order cancellation or suspension of future supply.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • logistics conditions
  • transportation delays
  • weather conditions
  • circumstances beyond our control

AMROVA AGRO shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen events.

Risk and responsibility of products transfer to the buyer upon successful delivery.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
as a wholesale and commercial supplier:

  • We do not accept returns after delivery.
    no refunds or exchanges will be provided once products are dispatched, and
    Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled after processing.

7. WHOLESALE & DISTRIBUTOR RELATIONSHIPS
Distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and commercial buyers working with Amrova Agro are expected to:

We reserve the right to discontinue supply, reject enquiries, or terminate business relationships at our discretion.
