At Amrova Agro, we specialise exclusively in wholesale and bulk supply of premium-quality honey for distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and commercial buyers. As a B2B wholesale supplier, all orders are processed with careful quality checks and business-level verification before dispatch.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return Policy

All products sold by AMROVA AGRO are supplied on a wholesale and bulk-order basis only. Therefore:

  • We do not accept returns of delivered products.
  • No exchange or return requests will be entertained after successful delivery.
  • Products once sold and dispatched cannot be returned or replaced.

2. No Refund Policy

Amrova Agro follows a strict no-refund policy for all confirmed and processed orders.

  • Payments made against confirmed orders are non-refundable.
  • No cancellations, refunds, or credits will be provided once the order has been processed or dispatched.
  • Buyers are requested to review product requirements, quantities, and order details carefully before confirming purchases.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
In the rare event of:

  • major transit damage, or
  • incorrect product dispatch caused directly by our team,

The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with the following:

  • clear photographs
  • invoice details
  • packaging proof.

Amrova Agro reserves the right to review and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

We currently do not cater to retail or small-quantity consumer orders.

5. Order Confirmation

By placing an order with Amrova Agro, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to:

  • our wholesale supply terms
  • no return policy
  • no refund policy
